This is a wonderful authentic stone house. It was built at the beginning of the century (1900 - 1904). The house is located in Rosini, very close to Porec, and 3 km from sea. It was renovated in 2004 with great love and care. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, each with private shower – bath and toilet, TV-SAT and minibar. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and a big table for 10 persons, a fridge for wine and drinks, home cinema (TV-SAT, DVD). Outside the house there is a big fireplace, place for barbecue, an oven for baking bread and swimming pool. The garden is surrounded with over 140 years old olive trees.
