Haus sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool ist toll! Vermieterin freundlich. Zum Meer sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt einige Restaurants die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (einzig eine Mikrowelle fehlte). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

A REALLY NICE STAY! We were a party of 6 (2 families with one child each) staying at Villa Rudy for a week. We absolutely loved the villa; the room layout making it perfect for separate facilities within the same household. The rooms were good size, plenty of cupboard and storage space and nice bathrooms. We appreciated having washing machine and dishwasher as we cooked/barbequed throughout our stay. The pool was perfect for the children (as was the kids play room that saw a lot of competition at the table football ??); and the terrace was the place where we stayed the most – it was spacious enough with added (and much needed) benefit of the billowy curtains against late afternoon sunshine. The beach is around 600m away across a pebbled road – it’s a bit of a walk but not strenuous. We had our own bikes and used them to go to the beach – and to Fazana. This promenade is good for walking as well. Trips to Rovinj, Pula, Vodnjan, Brijuni and elsewhere in Istria are much recommended. We certainly explored. Villa Rudy is fully equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Wifi was surprisingly good and strong enough for everything you’d need for work. Shops are nearby, though we went further to Plodine or Lidl for proper shopping. Stove is mainly gas-fired and worked well as did the oven. The property is fully surrounded by the wall with built-in lights that we appreciated very much – for the kids, the cars and our bicycles. It was very quiet and peaceful. Please note you should bring something to protect against mosquitos – there were many, at all times of the day, except at noon and kids were affected the most. The owners were really lovely and we want to thank them for our stay. The agency was also really professional and prompt.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! Villa Rudy is in a fantastic location just outside Fazana. Valbandon leads into Fazana and we walked along the promenade many times. The harbour area is just beautiful and Fazana has many shops and restaurants. We particularly liked La Navetta for a family meal. From Fazana the boat trip to Brijuni national park Is a must. They have a lovely train which takes you round the island and we also walked to a fantastic snorkelling point and spent the afternoon looking for hermit crabs and swimming. Villa Rudy has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. It's so spacious with brilliant air conditioning and good sized bedrooms with black out blinds. The front room and kitchen dining area are really lovely and the kids enjoyed the football table and kids room very very much. Outside there is a gorgeous pool surrounding with non slip tiles and fantastic barbecue area. We spent many a morning lazing on the comfortable sinners and eating al frescoes while the kids enjoyed the pool. It is really safe for children as there are big gates on the driveway which are lockable so you can rest and snooze knowing they are safe. Everything is close by here , you can walk or cycle down to the beach and there is a fantastic bakery just down the road for croissants and bread. We found a gorgeous cove just outside Stinjan where we had the beach to ourselves. The sea water in June was 20 degrees and so so safe and clean for the children. We would absolutely come back to villa Rudy as we had the most perfect time and the kids are already missing the pool ! Thank you to the owners and LRossa who couldn't be more helpful.
