Die Wohnung ist sauber, fast neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Deutsche Tv Programme und W-Lan kein Problem. Was im Angebot nicht so richtig klar ist: Der ganze sichtbare Gartenanteil um die abgebildete Sitzgruppe gehört zur Wohnung. Mitsammt den Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Grill, Schaukel und Möbel mit Polster gehört alles allein zur Wohnung. Ist von außen nicht einsehbar, und man hat somit schön seine verdiente Urlaubsruhe. Gegenüber kleiner Supermarkt, Obststand und ab 2. Juni Woche Back/Zeitungsstand. Restaurants mehrere in Fußnähe. Strand beim Hotel de Mar kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden, dieser war uns aber zu langweilig. Wir sind u.a. mit dem Auto zum Strand beim Resort Centinera, dort auch mehr Naturschattenplätze. Ein paar hundert Meter südlich davon, bei der (ehem.) Beach Bar Bunker kann man Klippen springen.
