This newly-built holiday home in Žminj, which consists of three separate houses, is located in the interior of the Istrian peninsula and can accommodate up to ten persons. Villa Zvane in Žminj offers a large sun terrace with private pool, barbecue and children's playground, four bedrooms and three bathrooms with toilet and shower. The rooms are divided into two homes, while the third is a spacious kitchen with a living room and a fireplace. Villa Zvane is fully equipped and perfect for holidays, especially for families with children! All year round, bicycles (at extra cost) can be rented at the doorstep. In addition, the villa is a proud holder of an "Eco friendly" certificate where great attention is paid to ecology; which includes, among other things, the furnishing of furniture that is environmentally friendly, the use of recyclable products, natural shade and many other benefits. Important information: The security deposit is paid to Paypal or to the bank account.

Izrazito ugodno, dobro opremljeno i besprijekorno čisto. Ima dosta prirodnog hlada što je veliki plus kad si s djecom. Ono što je nama najveća prednost je što su spavaone odvojene od velike kuhinje i prostora za jelo i boravak pa ima uvijek prostora za one koji žele malo osamiti se i za one koji žele biti s društvom, bez da jedni druge smetamo. Domaćini su idealni, "nevidljivi", a uvijek tu na usluzi u slučaju ikakve potrebe. Definitivno preporučam.
