You can arrive to Barban with several forms of transportation - personal car, plane or a bus. Because of good traffic connection, Barban is easily accessed. If you are coming with a plane, you will surely land in the Pula airport which is 20 minutes apart from Barban. Then you can reach your destination with the local transportation, taxi or a rent-a-car. You can also land in the Rijeka airport which is a little bit distant.
If you are coming from the east with your car follow Zagreb - Karlovac - Rijeka and continue with E751 towards Pazin - Žminj and then continue to Barban.
If you are coming from the north from Ljubljana follow E61 and A1 to port Koper, then E751 to border crossing with Croatia. Then follow E751 to exit Žminj and continue to Barban.
How to get to Barban ?
Barban is located on the south part of the eastern Istrian coast and is 20-30 km apart from bigger Istrian cities of Pula, Poreč and Rovinj. It is well connected so you can be flexible considering the transportation when you arrive in Barban.
